At the Savannah River Environmental Sciences Field Station, students are exposed to the various facets of the ecosystem.

Here students study a mature snake the first time in their lives under the supervision of a scientist. Now we have many students interested in herpetology.

The Savannah River Environmental Sciences Field Station has 25 colleges and universities in its membership. Therefore the Field Station has a large pool of outstanding faculty to draw from than any single college or university in its membership. Bottom line, our students work with the best faculty this country can afford.
