Dr. Randall K. Kolka, Ph.D. University of Minnesota. Project Leader, USDA Forest Service, North Central Research Station. Dr. Kolka's research involves the influence of forest practices and land use change on nonpoint source pollution transport. He also studies the effects of forest management on ecosystem carbon dynamics, both at the landscape scale and at the riparian/stream interface.
