Astrochemistry Curriculum Development Workshop
September 16-18

The SCSU CNRT hosted a followup session to the July 2005 workshop at the Goddard Space Flight Center. Seven K-12 teachers and university faculty members continued to work on curriculum modules that incorporate astrobiology and astrochemistry content into classroom materials for high school teachers of biology, chemistry and other science classes.

This work is being developed though a partnership between MIAC and the Goddard Center for Astrobiology and its Astrobiology in Secondary Classrooms project.
