Columbia Metropolitan Airport

From the terminal area turn right onto the John Hardee Expressway and then left onto Highway 302.

Once on 302 merge into the far right lane. Take the Charleston (I-26 East, Exit 113) entrance ramp.

After driving towards Charleston for about 33 miles take the 145A exit onto US 601 which will lead into Orangeburg.

Take Exit 145A off of Interstate 26 into Orangeburg. Once you leave the exit ramp you are on US Hwy 601 and have approximately 4.75 miles to go to reach the SCSU campus.

On Hwy 601 you will pass through 6 traffic lights and at the 7^th light you will be at the entrance to the SCSU campus. Turn left into the campus. Refer to the parking map for directions on the campus.

Note that approximately one block before you reach the 7^th light, you will pass the entrance to Claflin University
